Eligibility
SunStar Solutions carefully evaluates each proposal based on its cost per watt. If your proposal meets certain criteria, it may qualify for our price match program.
Similar System
To qualify, the proposal must present a solar system of similar size to the one you selected from SunStar Solutions. It should also include an inverter and come with a minimum warranty of 10 years.
Recent Quote
The competing quote needs to be dated within 14 days of your order and reflect the same financing terms (for example, cash to cash or financing to financing) to be eligible. It must cover permit and installation fees and should not include any discounts.
Matching Owner Details
The quote must list the same name and address used when placing your order with SunStar Solutions for solar panels.
Price Match Guarantee Process
  1. Place your order to start the fulfillment process.
  2. Submit the competitive offer to SunStar Solutions through the Question Center in your account portal.
  3. We will review your pricing and notify you if your offer qualifies. This step must be completed before any payment details are finalized.
SunStar Solutions reserves the right to decline any price match requests that appear to be submitted in bad faith. By providing a competitive quote, you agree that SunStar Solutions may contact the solar provider who issued the quote to verify its details, which may involve sharing your name and/or installation address. SunStar Solutions reserves the option to discontinue this program at any time without prior notice. Price match offers are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.
